It all started in 2003 at the University of Nottingham. It was then that Simon James met Ben Hall, who, like him, liked to go to clubs. And so from partying together began their great friendship, which later resulted in the creation of the DELTA HEAVY project. They both became very fond of drum and bass, because, as Simon says, "it perfectly combines groove, energy and funk."

And according to this recipe Ben and Simon create their recordings.

They debuted in 2009 and were quickly noticed by the legendary RAM Records label. It is its label that has released two albums and well over 20 singles and EPs. DELTA HEAVY are also experienced DJs - you can hear drum and bass, trap and dubstep during their sets. "People get bored when they hear the same thing all the time," - Ben says.

They prepare well for each performance, because, as they say, "every country has its own musical characteristics." What will they surprise us with? We will find out soon enough.
