The Warsaw-based duo RYSY, formed by Wojtek UrbaĆski and Ćukasz Stachurka, have been consistently shaping their own musical language from the very beginning â blending progressive, dance-driven production with melancholic, emotionally charged melodies.
After releasing their breakout single âEgoâ featuring Justyna ĆwiÄs in 2015, they quickly showcased the full scope of their artistic vision with the album âTraveler.â Their live lineup soon expanded to include vocalists from the record, such as Baasch and Piotr ZioĆa.
RYSY rapidly earned recognition on the Polish electronic scene, receiving awards such as âDiscovery of the Yearâ (Muno), âBand of the Yearâ (Aktivist), as well as a Fryderyk nomination. After a several-year hiatus, they returned with the album â4GETâ, enthusiastically received by fans and industry alike, ultimately winning a Fryderyk Award in the Electronic Music category.
In 2023, they released the dance-focused EP âHarpa,â recorded a stunning live session in Iceland, and embarked on a club tour that sold out major venues across the country.
